Return and Refund Policy

No Refund Policy At Atos, we strive to provide reliable and instant mobile, DTH, and data card recharge services through our Recharge API platform. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following No Refund Policy:

1. No Refund or Cancellation Once a recharge or transaction request has been initiated and processed through our system, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded under any circumstances, whether successful or failed.

2. Failed or Pending Transactions If a transaction is marked as “Failed” or “Pending”, the amount debited from your account or wallet will be automatically refunded or re-credited to your wallet balance within 24–48 working hours, depending on the operator and payment gateway response. However, no manual refunds will be entertained.
